Fulfillment Policy

Hen Quarter, LLC (“we” and “us”) is the operator of henquarter.com (“Site”). Our Fulfillment Policy (“Fulfillment Policy”) is incorporated into and is subject to our Terms of Service (found here: henquarter.com/terms-of-service).

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Fulfillment Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

By accepting our Fulfillment Policy and the Terms of Service, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as further described in our Privacy Policy (found here: henquarter.com/privacy-policy).

You agree that by placing an order through or by our Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and this Fulfillment Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE POLICIES, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. AS SUCH, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER PLACED ON OR THROUGH OUR SITE SHOULD YOU NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THESE POLICIES.

 

General

We try to diligently maintain accurate inventory of all menu item(s) or ingredient(s) on our Site to ensure each menu item is available to you. From time-to-time, however, there may be a stock or inventory discrepancy whereby we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In these instances, we will endeavor to either (i) contact you regarding accepting a substitute to replace the missing or items or ingredients or (ii) process a refund of your order.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs (if any) are calculated during checkout based on the amounts and weights of your order, the destination it is being shipped to, and the carrier or delivery service in charge of the delivery. Payment for shipping will be collected at checkout.

Orders placed through a third party delivery provider (e.g. Uber, DoorDash,GrubHub, PostMates, etc.) are subject to that third party’s own terms and conditions. This Fulfillment Policy does not cover third party practices and we do not assume any responsibility for any action of third parties. You are solely responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions and other policies of such third parties and for complying therewith.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any issues with our food or products, please contact our client service department for additional assistance at hello@thompsonrestaurants.com.

All sales and orders made through or by our Site are final. You do not have the right to a refund of a bona fide purchase. Notwithstanding the above, from time to time, we may on a one-off basis elect to provide you with a refund (in whole or in part), coupon or other form of reimbursement.

Delivery Terms

Deliveries for orders placed through or by our site are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party delivery providers fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided the correct contact information and delivery address. We are not responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide for orders made through or by our Site.

We will endeavor to provide you with expected delivery times, but cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the expected range of the delivery time. There may be delays in fulfilling or delivering your order that are outside of our immediate control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or special event delays.

Taxes

Sales tax has been applied to your order made by or through our Site through the price displayed at checkout.
