Thanksgiving is all about gratitude, and we’re thankful for you! Preorder your holiday meal that’s filled with all the comforting, classic dishes you love. From golden-brown turkey to pumpkin pie, we’ve crafted each dish with care to make your holiday truly special. 

Place your order by Friday, November 22nd 12:00PM and pick it up on Wednesday, November 27th. 

Please consider donating a Thanksgiving dinner to a local family facing food insecurity. 

 
  • HEN QUARTER PRIME DINNER 

    Choice of: 

    Roasted Turkey all-natural slow roasted turkey served with gravy and cranberry sauce for $150 

    Slow Roasted Black Angus Prime Rib served with au jus and creamy horseradish for $200 

    Braised Short Ribs served with red wine demi-glace for $160 

    Includes Choice of Two Sides maple spice roasted sweet potatoes, creamy mashed potatoes, crispy brussels sprouts, corn bread stuffing, garlic green beans 

    Add-ons additional sides are $15 each 

    Dessert pumpkin pie

  • BAKE/RE-HEAT TURKEY: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. LET TURKEY SIT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, COVERED, FOR 60 MINUTES. REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP & PLACE TURKEY IN A ROASTING PAN (YOUR OWN OR THE ONE PROVIDED), POUR 2 CUPS OF WATER OR BROTH INTO BOTTOM OF THE PAN. COVER TURKEY LOOSELY WITH FOIL AND PLACE IN OVEN. DROP OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 275°F. REHEAT FOR APPROXIMATELY 45-60 MINUTES. USE MEAT THERMOMETER BEFORE REMOVING. USDA RECOMMENDS COOKING AND REHEATING ALL POULTRY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F. 

    BAKE/RE-HEAT PRIME RIB: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. LET ROAST SIT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, COVERED, FOR 30 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND ADD ONE CONTAINER OF AU JUS INTO BOTTOM OF THE PAN. COVER WITH FOIL AND PLACE IN THE OVEN. CHECK ON ROAST IN 10-MINUTE INTERVALS UNTIL 

    WARMED THROUGH OR COOKED TO DESIRED TEMPERATURE. 15 MINUTES MEDIUM RARE 135°F, 20 MINUTES MEDIUM 145°F, 25 MINUTES MEDIUM WELL 155°F, 30 MINUTES FOR WELL OVER 165°F. USE A MEAT THERMOMETER BEFORE REMOVING. 

    BAKE/RE-HEAT SHORT RIB: PREHEAT OVEN TO 300°F. COVER WITH FOIL AND PLACE IN OVEN UNTIL 165F. ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES. 

    RE-HEAT GRAVY/AU JUS: PLACE IN SAUCEPAN TO ALLOW STIRRING. HEAT OVER LOW TO AVOID SCORCHING. STIR OFTEN. HEAT UNTIL GRAVY/SOUP REACHES 160°F ON THERMOMETER. CAN ALSO REHEAT IN MICROWAVE. 

    BAKE/RE-HEAT STUFFING: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. PLACE UNCOVERED PAN OF STUFFING IN OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES. 

    RE-HEAT BRUSSELS SROUTS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°F. KEEP PAN COVERED. PLACE IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 - 20 MINUTES UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. REMOVE FROM PAN AND TOSS WITH HOT HONEY, CILANTRO, MINT, GINGER & PEANUTS. 

    RE-HEAT MASHED POTATOES/SWEET POTATOES/GREEN BEANS: BEST RE-HEATED IN MICROWAVE. COVER IN CLEAR PLASTIC WRAP OR USE THE LID. START HEATING 2 MINUTES ON HIGH SETTING, STIR WELL HEAT FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES. INTERNAL TEMPERATURE SHOULD READ 140°F IN CENTER. (CAUTION, OVER HEATING WILL CAUSE BUTTER TO SEPARATE) 

    GREEN BEANS CAN BE RE-HEATED IN A SAUTÉ PAN 

    RE-HEAT MAC AND CHEESE: PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°F. ADD BREAD CRUMBS AND CHEESE OVER THE MAC AND CHEESE. BAKE FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL CRUMBS TURN A GOLDEN BROWN AND CHEESE MELTS 

    RE-HEAT PUMPKIN PIE: PREHEAT OVER TO 325F. BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES
